For customers, who
require extra confidence about long-term support, DInsight offers setting up an Escrow Agreement.
Software Escrow means that we deposit the source code for the software
with a trusted third party. If we cannot support you, you
will get the source code.
There are several options for validation of the deposit up to full attended rebuild of the software and comparison of the
functionality
As an economical option we also offer in-house
escrow- DInsight will provide a signed a contract which allows you to purchase
the source code at a fixed price if we fail to support you.
Most of our existing customers can also purchase the source
code outright for a KernelCAD product or its component.
