Hi
I wanted to update status of my account via the Subscription option in the start menu (installed). When I click "Use different account / Update" and type my email address I get "We could not find this account...". But it worked before...
The software seem to be running OK

This particular action requires admin privileges. Use right click on the Subscription option > More > run As Administrator on Windows 10.
