Hello, I'm interested in kernelCAD but have the following questions: 1. Can it be used in PHP or java for web programme?
2. Can it create precise geometric designs that a user can put dimension to drive?
3. Which product can support above requests?

We do not support currently neither Java nor php. We have been thinking about Java support for a while but so far did not get to it. You can change that. Please reply to this thread to register your expression of interest in the above (or any other languages).
Already supported (have samples for): C#, VB.NET, C++, VB6, Delphi native and .NET
Regarding web programming generally: KernelCAD (particularly KernelCAD View KerCADv.ocx) can be used in html. For example some help topics contain 3D views, but the assumption is that KernelCAD View is already installed on the computer. This is mostly because of the size of the components.
