Patchwork Sample

Patchwork application demonstrates programmatic access to surface of an object, which is a hierarchy of patches, edges and vertices.

Running the application

On the start the application displays number of all patches, edges and vertices for the selected object in the model in the surface group of controls.

The model has three object only one of which is current and visible. The current object selection can be changed with the "Current Object" controls on the top

The "Current element" group allows browsing each three lists independently. The current element of each type is highlighted in 3D view. When an edge or vertex is selected in the Type group "Browse .." group is enabled to allow stepping through list of all elements in the surface or array of elements of the current patch.

The "Current Patch" group displays information about number of elements in the patch and which one is current.

File > Open menu item allows loading a different model.
